ENVIRONMENTAL CARE

Buy less bottled, processed, and manufactured drinks. Invest in a reusable & recycled water bottle and refill it.

Buy local produce. Better for developing the local economy, and the food is not over processed. Eat less meat to reduce the destruction of the atmosphere that comes from meat farms/factories.

Invest in cleaning products that don’t have harmful chemicals. There are brands that are single purchase glass bottles, you fill them with water, and drop in different tabs that dissolve to your desired cleaning product.

Use bars of shampoo, conditioner, and soap in replacement of plastic bottles.

Use toothpaste bites or paste in glass jars instead of plastic packaging.

Thrifting, slow fashion, shopping local. Invest in pieces of clothes you will take care of as opposed to fast fashion items.

Donate and recycle what you can, throw out only what you have to. Take note of the things being thrown out, so you do not purchase things again that you will not use.

Rewear clothes when you can. When washing, use laundry sheets instead of pods or liquid. Less chemicals, controlled portions, and they are generally cheaper. They also come in compostable packaging, as opposed to plastic packaging. Use dryer balls instead of dryer sheets.
